Refund Policy

Card payments: 14-day refund

If you paid by card, you can get a full refund of that payment if you ask within 14 days of it, for any reason. Card orders are sold by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, which processes the refund back to your card. Ask by writing to [email protected] or by replying to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. When a payment is refunded, the plan it paid for ends and your licence returns to Free.

PayPal, InstaPay and cryptocurrency: final

Payments made with PayPal, InstaPay or cryptocurrency are not refundable once confirmed, including partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. Please use the free trial to make sure ZAutopilot works for you before you pay this way.

Cancelling

If you pay by card or PayPal, your plan renews automatically, and you can cancel at any time from the app, from your Lemon Squeezy receipt or from PayPal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If you pay with InstaPay or cryptocurrency, your plan is a one-time payment for a set number of days and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

If we reject an InstaPay payment because we could not find it or the amount did not match, and money did leave your account, write to [email protected] with your receipt. If the money reached us, we either turn your plan on or send it back.

What is not a reason for a refund of a PayPal, InstaPay or crypto payment

• A game update that stops a feature working for a while. We fix these in our own updates.
• Action a game publisher takes against your game account.
• Forgetting to cancel a PayPal plan before it renews.
• Not using ZAutopilot during a period you paid for.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you cancelled, write to us and we will reverse the incorrect charge.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, we suspend the licence and any referral rewards linked to it while the dispute is open, and may close the account if the dispute is not withdrawn.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any right to a refund that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived. Where the law allows you to waive a cancellation right for digital content, you are asked to agree to immediate access and to waive it at checkout.
