Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ZAutopilot ("ZAutopilot", "we", "us") for the ZAutopilot app, website and services. By downloading, installing or paying for ZAutopilot you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ZAutopilot.

1. What ZAutopilot is

ZAutopilot is software for Windows that assists you while you play a third-party mobile strategy game on your own computer. It reads the game's screen and taps for you, and can send you alerts on Telegram. ZAutopilot is not made, endorsed or supported by any game publisher, and we have no control over the game, its servers or its rules.

2. Your game account is your responsibility

ZAutopilot is not a cheat engine. It doesn't change the game, read its memory, or give you anything the game doesn't. It only taps the buttons you would tap yourself, on the screen you can see, so you're spared the repetitive clicks.

Most games do not allow automation tools. Using ZAutopilot may break the game's own terms, and the game's publisher may warn, limit, suspend or ban your game account. You use ZAutopilot at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action a game publisher takes against your account, and no such action entitles you to compensation or to a refund beyond what our Refund Policy offers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if it is higher, to create an account or buy a plan.

4. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ZAutopilot for as long as your plan is active. A licence covers one computer. Each plan allows a set number of game accounts: Free allows one, Plus up to three, and Premium up to ten. ZAutopilot checks your licence with our servers from time to time, and premium features stop working if it cannot confirm your licence for an extended period.

5. Free trial

A new download includes a free trial of Premium for 3 days, or 7 days if you join through someone's referral link or code. Each computer and each game account can receive one trial only. We identify computers and game accounts to enforce this. Trying to get more trials, for example by changing hardware identifiers, using virtual machines or creating new accounts, is a breach of these terms.

6. Plans and billing

Plus and Premium are paid in advance, in US dollars (or Philippine pesos by InstaPay), for a month or a year. A yearly plan costs the same as ten months. How your plan is billed depends on how you pay:

• PayPal: a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Card: a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, sold to you by our reseller Lemon Squeezy. For card orders Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and handles cancellations and refunds, under its own buyer terms as well as these terms. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or from the app; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• InstaPay: a one-time payment in Philippine pesos for 30 or 365 days, sent by QR transfer to our GCash, BDO or BPI account. You upload your receipt and we confirm the payment by hand, normally within 12 hours; your plan starts when we confirm it. If we cannot find your payment, or the amount does not match, we reject it and tell you why. It never renews by itself.
• Cryptocurrency: a one-time payment for a set number of days. It never renews by itself. The app reminds you before your time runs out, and you can pay again to extend it.

Prices may change; we will tell you before a new price applies to your next renewal or purchase. Taxes may be added where the law requires.

7. Refunds

Card payments can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment. PayPal, InstaPay and cryptocurrency payments are final. The free trial exists so that you can try every Premium feature before you pay. Our Refund Policy explains this in full.

8. Referrals

Each account receives a referral code and link. Someone who joins through your link or code gets a 7-day Premium trial instead of 3 days. Each time someone you referred pays for a plan, you earn Premium time: 3 days for a Plus month, 15 days for a Plus year, 10 days for a Premium month and 30 days for a Premium year. Rewards are added to your plan once the payment is final: for card payments after the 14-day refund window, and for other payments once they have cleared or been confirmed. If a referred payment is refunded or disputed, the reward for it is removed. Rewards have no cash value. Referring yourself, your own computers or accounts, or using fake accounts or stolen payment methods is not allowed. We may withhold or remove rewards obtained this way and close the accounts involved.

9. What you may not do

• Copy, resell, share, rent or sublicense ZAutopilot or your licence.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or crack ZAutopilot, or bypass its licence checks.
• Use ZAutopilot on more computers or game accounts than your plan allows.
• Use ZAutopilot to harm other players, our services or anyone else.

10. Updates and changes

We may update ZAutopilot at any time to add, change or remove features, for example when a game changes. Updates install in the quiet hours you choose. A game update can stop a feature from working until we release a fix; this does not entitle you to a refund beyond what our Refund Policy offers.

11. Support

Plus and Premium include support through the chat inside the app. We aim to answer promptly but do not promise a response time.

12. Ending your access

You may stop using ZAutopilot at any time. We may suspend or end your licence, without refund, if you break these terms, dispute a payment you made, or use ZAutopilot in a way that puts our services or other users at risk.

13. No warranty

ZAutopilot is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will work without interruption or errors, that it will work with every version of a game, or that your game account will not be affected by its use.

14. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, ZAutopilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including the loss of a game account, game progress, in-game items or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you keep using ZAutopilot after a change applies, you accept the new terms.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
